Recreational Respite x ACTN: Sign up for our 2025 STEPPING STONES Camp Connections Program, an Exclusive ABA Therapy Camp Experience.
We are thrilled to announce a new and exclusive partnership with Recreational Respite this summer in Hamilton (Hamilton Italian Center). This specialized camp is a dynamic and inclusive environment designed to cater to the needs of diverse learners. Unlike traditional recreation & leisure programs, the Rec Respite team is equipped with the skills to adapt activities and interactions, fostering a space where every camper, regardless of their abilities, can fully engage, feel valued, and participate in meaningful experiences. This personalized approach ensures that everyone can enjoy a safe and enriching recreational experience, with a focus on empowerment and inclusion. The camp focuses on providing individualized care, ensuring that every camper receives the support they need to thrive in a safe and supportive setting.
In collaboration with a Always Connected Treatment Network, the camp will also offer smaller ratio options for smaller support ratios including 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 ABA therapy options. This partnership fosters a safe, inclusive, and enriching experience where all campers are empowered to explore new activities, build skills, and engage in meaningful social interactions, promoting both independence and community.
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that combines therapy with recreation in a small-group ratio, so spaces are limited!
Key Highlights:
- Individualized Therapy in a Small-Ratio Setting: Options for individualized therapeutic support (ABA Therapy), with a focus on individual growth and development in a small, supportive ratio.
- Recreational Camp Experience: Children enjoy all the benefits of a traditional camp, including themed activities, indoor play (gym), outdoor play, group activities but in a small group ratio (max 18 campers with minimum 3 staff)
