Parent/caregiver capacity for building or expanding their child's communication
All speech and language therapy is conducted by an SLP registered in Ontario under the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Speech therapy is covered under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding program as well as many private insurance policies. Speech therapy can be conducted on a 1:1 basis, or through an interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with our ABA team. Parent/caregiver/support staff involvement is an integral part of occupational therapy.
